Jennifer was a member of the Seminole Tribe of Oklahoma. OSBI RENEWING REWARD FOR INFORMATION IN THE JENNIFER JESSE HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: September 22, 2021 CONTACT: Brook Arbeitman (405) 879-2591 brook.arbeitman@osbi.ok.gov OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is renewing a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the identification of a suspect in the murder of 30-year-old Jennifer Jesse. On March 11, 2020, Jesse was found deceased by Union City police officers. A passerby called 9-1-1 after discovering her body on SW 44th near Gregory Road. Jesse was positively identified on March 13, 2020. The medical examiner determined she had been shot multiple times. On March 30, 2020, the OSBI released photographs of a man that is believed to have information that will assist agents with the investigation. The pictures were taken at the Braum’s located at 7025 S. Western Ave., in Oklahoma City at around 9:13 p.m. on March 2, 2020

Jennifer Janell Jesse passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, in Union City, Oklahoma, at the age of 29 years. Jennifer was the daughter of William David ‘Butch’ Jesse & Jimmie (Larney) Jesse, born on March 23, 1990, in Ada, Oklahoma. She was brought up and attended schools in Okmulgee, where she enjoyed cheerleading and playing basketball and softball. She was the mother of three children, Aireona, Sandera, and Hotlve. Her favorite things were shopping, going to casinos, and dressing up with her daughters.  She is preceded in death by her father, William ‘Butch’ Jesse; one brother, Billy Joe McLemore; niece Amy Ann McLemore; grandparents James & Amy Larney and Rev. George & Ruby Jesse.   She is survived by two daughters, Aireona Hill of the home and Sandera Jesse of Konawa, and one son, Hotlve Jesse of Konawa; her mother, Jimmie Jesse of Holdenville; three brothers: Sanders McLemore and T. J. Jesse, both of Okmulgee, and Bo Jesse of Holdenville; favorite aunt Evelyn McGi

A passerby called 911 after discovering her body on S.W. 44th near Gregory Rd. Jesse was positively identified on March 13, 2020. The medical examiner determined she had been shot multiple times. Several weeks later, the OSBI released photos of a man believed to have information regarding the investigation. The pictures were taken at the Braum’s located at 7025 S. Western Ave. in Oklahoma City around 9:13 p.m. on March 2. The race of the man in the photo is unknown. He is wearing distinctive shoes, which are light blue with bright pink shoelaces. He is believed to be wearing some kind of bandana or head covering. Age
